In May, the rumor was that a student was bragging he was having sex with Atlantic High English teacher Heather March.

But when school police tried to interview the student, he would not discuss anything that happened outside Palm Beach County. When asked whether he ever visited March’s home in Palm City, he refused to answer the question on the advice of his attorney.

He acknowledged, however, that he had kissed March and that they also kissed when they went together to the beach in Delray Beach.

March, 24, who recently resigned from Atlantic High as school police were investigating, also acknowledged she kissed the student whom she met while they worked together on the school’s yearbook but has denied having sex with him.

Even so, school police closed the case. They didn’t have a sworn statement and could not corroborate a sexual relationship. The student might even have been 18, making any type of sexual relationship legally consensual.

It is unclear whether police have forwarded the case to law enforcement in Martin County. Even if police could prove that March had sex with the student, if he was 18, proving a crime took place would be extremely difficult. School District Police Chief Jim Kelly did not return a phone call Monday.

School police did not file charges against former Santaluces High teacher Natalie Fraxedas even though she told them she had sex with an 18-year-old senior. Because of the student’s age, the relationship was consensual. Florida does not have a law barring sex between adult students and teachers.

Suspicions about March and the student began in the spring when the student’s ex-girlfriend said she saw the two off campus at a Dunkin’ Donuts. They appeared to be flirting and the girl surmised her boyfriend broke up with her to have a relationship with the pretty teacher. Another time, the girl saw her ex-boyfriend visiting March’s classroom.

March later acknowledged that she kissed the student in her classroom while the two were alone and also while at the beach. She also said they spoke on the phone and she text messaged him.

But that’s when March stopped talking. She refused to give a sworn statement and missed a meeting on the allegation. She submitted a resignation letter on May 28, effective June 10.

Er erwachte jedoch am Morgen dieses besonders schönen Tages weniger mürrisch als sonst, schälte sich aus seinem Bett und betrachtete seine jugendliche Latte, deren Festigkeit ihn mit einem gewissen Stolz erfüllte. Das Zimmer, in dem er schlief, war das ehemalige Schlafzimmer seiner Tante, dass sie nicht mehr benutzte, seit ihr Mann gestorben war. Es beherbergte alte, etwas faulig riechende Möbel und einen großen Spiegel, vor den er sich jetzt stellte und sich betrachtete: ja er war ein Mann: sein Steifer bewies es. Obwohl noch kaum Schamhaare um sein Ding wuchsen, ragte es doch schon schön: er war überzeugt, dass es den Mädchen gefallen würde. Er vollführte einen verrückten Tanz vor dem Spiegel, so lange bis er schiffen musste.

Er schlüpfte in seinen Bademantel und tanzte ins Bad. Das Bad war besetzt: er hörte seine Mutter hantieren.

Seine Mutter war geschieden und seit sie geschieden war brauchte sie viel länger im Bad als früher, besondern während der Ferien.

Er unterdrückte seinen Drang zu pissen und lugte durch das Schlüsselloch. Die Badezimmer waren klein, man musste sich unmittelbar neben dem Klosett an einem winzigen Waschbecken waschen. Es gab keine Duschen, wirklich alles vorsintflutlich. Er betrachtete seine Ma. Er hielt sie für eine ganz passable Frau: ihr Körper wies keinerlei fett auf (ganz im Gegensatz zu seiner Tante Billie), sie war großgewachsen, ihre Brüste waren nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein und sie hatten freche Brustwarzen (Leander wusste nicht warum er auf das Adjektiv “frech” kam, aber sie erschienen ihm die Sache richtig zu beschreiben). Eigentlich war seine Mutter eine gute Partie, er wunderte sich, dass sie keinen Freund hatte.

Er drückte sein Auge an das Schlüsselloch, das ganz von der fleischigen Farbe der mütterlichen Haut erfüllt war. Sie machte sich wohl hübsch, das konnte dauern. Er riss sich los und klopfte zaghaft. “Bin bald fertig” rief sie mit ihrer dünnen Stimme heraus.

Sie ist einfach zu schüchtern, dachte Leander, sie ist passabel aber zu schüchtern. “Ich muss notwendig pissen, beeile dich!” Sein Stock stand noch immer aufrecht. Wahrscheinlich war sie wieder dabei sich die Beine zu rasieren, wo zugegebenermaßen ihr Haar ziemlich hartnäckig wuchs. Leander ekelte sich vor ihren schwarzen Haaren im Ausguss, die sie nie richtig wegmachte. Er hörte wie es im Bad hektisch wurde, bald darauf öffnete sie die Tür.

“Wurde auch Zeit” brummte er. Sie hatte schon ihre Strandkleidung angezogen, einen zweiteiligen Badeanzug in schwarz. Sah elegant aus, wirkte auch nicht gerade fröhlich. Typisch Ma.

Sie murmelte einen Antwort und verschwand ohne ihn eigentlich eines Blickes zu würdigen. Sie würde sich jetzt an den Strand legen und bis Mittag ein Buch lesen, ohne auf etwas anderes zu achten.

Leander fürchtete, dass er trotz der Schönheit seiner Mutter, vor seinen Schulkameraden mit ihr keinen Eindruck machen würde. Manchmal unterhielten sie sich über ihre Mütter, mit welcher sie es am liebsten machen würden, aber wenn das Gespräch auf seine Mutter kam, war keiner sonderlich begeistert, sie alle gaben zwar zu, dass sie OK sei, aber hinter ihr her war keiner so richtig.

Ein Freund, hat mir mal erzält, dass er seit er etwa 18 ist, regelmäßig seine Nachbarin (ca. 45) besucht. Diese fungiert als eine Art Sexlehrerin. Er hatte noch nicht viel Erfahrung, und Sie hat ihm quasi Unterricht gegeben, und alles mögliche mit ihm angestellt. Ich bin sehr neidisch auf ihn, deswegen, denn ich finde reife Frauen super sexy, hatte aber noch nie das Vergnügen.

Plainfield town officials will seek a judge’s order to shut down a shop that peddles sex toys, shows explicit videos and offers live lingerie modeling.

The Plan Commission voted 5-0 Monday to authorize town attorneys to seek a temporary restraining order to close Hot Temptations at 2316A East Main.

Plan Director Joe James told the commission that the owners of the adult business have not responded to his communications, his stop work order and a citation for violation of town ordinances.

The stop work order was dated June 3. The business opened June 7 and he issued a citation for violating earlier orders and ordinances on June 9.

He identified the owner of the store as Chris Eads of West Lafayette.

Eads was not in the store late Monday and an employee declined comment.

Town ordinances, which require licenses of any adult businesses, prohibit sales of several items like those visible in the shop Monday. James said an adult business requires a special exception in an industrial area, which the town has not granted.

Ordinances prohibits live performances by exotic dancers and similar entertainers. Large signs painted on the front windows of Hot Temptations offers “live lingerie modeling” in private sessions by “live girls.”

James said adult videos were visible when he inspected the store.

A sexually explicit video was playing on a small television in the center of the shop minutes after the plan commission voted to go to court to close the business.

Town attorneys from the Dann Pecar law firm in Indianapolis said they will file today or Wednesday for a temporary restraining order in a Hendricks County court and hope to have hearing by the end of this week.

The suit will name Eads as the operator of the business and also building owners Akber Lakhani of Indianapolis and Azra Hamid of Texas, who also have failed to respond to town orders, James said.

Several years ago, Plainfield forced the closing of a similar business, Diana’s Sports Café, which opened in another building nearby on Main.

A 40-year-old woman accused of having sex with a 15 year old could enter a plea today or agree to go to trial.

Amy Farrell is scheduled to appear this morning before Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Charles J. Kubicki Jr.

Police have said she engaged in sexual conduct for more than a year with a boy in her custody.

The boy was 15 years old and she was 38 in August 2006, when investigators say the sexual relationship began. It continued until December 2007, and she was charged in February, court records state.
